Are you a woman unable to work from home during the pandemic? We want to hear from you.

When people talk about changes in work and office culture caused by the pandemic — whether it’s going back to the office, working from home, or a combination of remote and in-person work — they often overlook one very important group: people who could never work from home in the first place.

There are many reasons why some people have continued to take jobs throughout the pandemic, and we are interested in talking to people, especially women, who have not been able to work from home for at least part or all of the pandemic. We would like to talk to you if you have or have had a job that requires face-to-face interaction, such as in the food service, retail or healthcare industries, or if you have or have a job that could be done remotely, but for what For some reason you couldn’t do it.

We’d love to know how you’ve dealt with this, how it’s affected your work and personal life, why you couldn’t work from home, and how it’s changed your relationship with work going forward. We would also like to know if the ability to work from home influenced your decision to continue working, leave your job, or look for a new job.
