Trump plans to limit Twitter use in favor of the truth

Previous President Donald Trump plans to partially restrict the use of Twitter if it is allowed to return to the social networking site, and will instead give priority to the use of its new social networking application, social truth, according to the new federal registration of securities.

Trump agreed that if he wanted to post something on social media — that is, anything that was not politically related — he would first post it on truth social. He will then wait six hours before sharing the same post on any other social network such as Twitter. Submission of documents on Monday.

One caveat to this rule is the content. The statement says he can post to a personal account on any social media site he has access to at any time as long as it is “related to political posts, political fundraising or vote-getting efforts.”

The application has been filed by Digital World Acquisition Corp., which is working to make Truth Social public after application soft launch in February.

Whether that will happen, and whether Trump will agree to return to Twitter, remains to be seen. Trump said last month that he will not return to Twitter if he is allowed to return, but he has been known to go back on his word.
