Hiroshi Kiyotake feels he’ll face Spain, Germany could help Japan at Worlds

Hiroshi Kiyotake, one of five Japanese who have played in the top divisions in both Germany and Spain, was pleased to see his country join the former World Cup winners in Group E of this year’s tournament in Qatar.

Currently captained by Cerezo Osaka in the J-League First Division. The 32-year-old said his feelings were not only nostalgic for his time in Europe, but also that Japan faced two title favorites on the biggest stage.
