Emergency crews responded after a pipeline explosion that set off a fire in Fort Bend County, Texas on July 7, officials said. Video filmed by Deputy J. Garcia of the Fort Bend County District 1 Constable’s office shows a fire scene west of Orchard. The prosecutor’s office said there were no casualties or injuries.
