Harmony restored at Wimbledon after a double skirmish between Tan and Korpacz

French tan harmony shattered Serena Williams’ hopes of resurrecting Wimbledon in the buddramatically knocking out a tennis player in a three-hour first-round epic.

But after receiving applause from around the world for her performance, Tang was criticized the next day by her doubles partner Tamara Korpacz for being eliminated from their first match.

“Unfortunately my doubles partner H. Tan retired from our doubles today,” Korpacz wrote on Instagram on Wednesday after Tan withdrew, reportedly citing fatigue.

“She just texted me this morning. Let me wait here. [until] one hour before the start of the match. I am very saddened, disappointed and also very angry that I cannot play my first Grand Slam doubles tournament.”

In her post, Korpacch said the situation was “unfair” to her before adding, “If you broke after 3 hours [three-hour] match the day before, you can’t play professionally. It’s my opinion. “

Corpach criticized Tan in a social media post before announcing that the couple had reconciled.

But now it looks like peace has been restored between the duo.

Corpach wrote on Instagram on Thursday: “Me and Harmony talked and cleared up any misunderstandings. She has now let me know about her injury, and we have already apologized to each other.”

She added that she would delete her previous post and asked fans not to send “insults” at the player.
