‘Crisis talks’ with Manly club expected to continue

“Crisis talks” between Manly Sea Eagles bosses and rugby players are expected to continue after players boycotted wearing an inclusive pride jersey, says Sky News reporter Kenny Heatley.

Several Manly Sea Eagles players are reportedly set to miss Thursday night’s game against the Sydney Roosters due to the club’s decision to wear the rainbow jersey.

“They do it for religious reasons,” Heatley told Sky News Australia.
