Bluey: How a cartoon dog became a role model for dads

The cartoon dog has become an unlikely role model for fathers around the world thanks to his hilarious take on modern parenting.

Bandit Heeler is the hugely popular father in the Australian children’s cartoon Bluey, which has amassed hundreds of millions of views worldwide.

Episode 2 hits BBC iPlayer on August 1st and before its release we spoke to Bluey’s crazy father Adam Ployd who explained why the program is his “favorite TV show” and how Bandit represents “daddy’s targets”.
