As a matter of policy, Swiggy employees may take on projects after hours or on weekends as long as it does not affect their productivity or conflict with Swiggy’s business.
“Swiggy has always strived to understand the diverse aspirations of her employees and develop her organizational policies to meet their changing needs. Through a part-time policy, our goal is to encourage employees to pursue their passion without any restrictions through their full-time employment with us,” the company said in a statement.
The policy will be available to all staff members of Bundl Technologies, a privately held organization commonly known as Swiggy, including subsidiaries, affiliates, associates and group companies.
Recently, Swiggy also announced
always work from anywhere policy for their employees, following in the footsteps of social commerce startups Michaud.
